Ecologic Architecture is Committed to become the leader in offering small to medium-sized minimalist and modern bioclimatic home (600-1200 ft2), with ultra-performant designs. Bioclimatic architecture is a passive strategy that uses the maximum resources of its site and environment. The strategies and techniques of a bioclimatic approach address the same issues as any ecological design of a building: energy efficiency, comfort and health of the occupants, the use of local and environmentally friendly materials, the reduction of energy consumption, renewable resources, effective water management and waste management, reduction of GHG emissions, reduction of the environmental footprint, etc. The concept is unique and efficient!
